Stylesheet applied only when www not in address bar

This will be easier if I give you specific examples, please bear in mind the site referenced below is a live site and not a demo site

I have installed the GYMRSS for PHPBB at www.orlandoexclusivevillas.com/forum/

When I use the following link I get a formatted page
-http://orlandoexclusivevillas.com/forum/gymrss.php

When I add the www in the front I get totally raw file
-http://www.orlandoexclusivevillas.com/distribution/gymrss.php

When I use the following link I get a formatted page
-http://orlandoexclusivevillas.com/forum/sitemap.php

When add the www in front I get totally raw file
-http://www.orlandoexclusivevillas.com/forum/sitemap.php

When I use the following link I get a formatted page
-http://orlandoexclusivevillas.com/forum/gymrss.php?channels

When I add www then I get a raw file
-http://www.orlandoexclusivevillas.com/forum/gymrss.php?channels

Does anyone have any ideas why?

This is normal, browser will only accept xsl style sheets from the same domain for sanity, since these are actives, it could be a security threat to allow the use of xsl style sheets from another domain (or sub domain like in your case).

So you need to decide which domain to use orlandoexclusivevillas.com or -www.orlandoexclusivevillas.com once and for all and then, update your phpBB config as well as the gym one for rss and sitemaps URLs accordingly.
