Problem with paginated topics

I have installed advanced mod rewrite RC3 and zero dupe on an RC4 board, all seems to be fine except one thing.

If people click on a link to a page of a multi-page topic, they get an error message like this:

/forum/the-glade-2007-pics-thread-t4136.html&start=40 was not found on this server.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Sorry to bump this, but I don't know who else to ask if you guys can't help me. Embarassed

To be more specific about the problem, I get 404 errors when a txxxx.html&start=nn link is clicked.

I only get these links when trying to click on paginated topics showing in the viewforum page. But I shouldn't be getting such links at all, should I? Surely they should be taking the form: topic-name-txxxx-nn/ ?

The same problem happens when people click on the "view new posts" link, i.e. paginated topics show up as txxxx.html&start=nn links.

I've tried looking on my viewforum.php and search.php pages and can't find anything wrong. Where else could the problem be?

Looks like it's not the only problem on http://www.gladtalk.co.uk/forum/

Forum url are not rewritten on index.

The pagination is working for me with RC4. Please check the functions.php and functions_display.php file code changes.
