Coversion of seo modded phpbb2 to phpbb3

hi im thinking of converting one of my phpbb2 board http://www.ibsrocks.com/forum to phpbb3. i can do with loosing the mods, thts okie. but there are few features that are critical.

1. i had seo mod on it , so will conversion mean change of thread urls and loosing all the links.plz check n guide

2. i have some custom fields , like campus name which also showup below user avtars besides thier posts. can that data be converted?

3. i have attachments

4. i have sub forums !

also as u can see lot many more fetures, but can do without most of them

SeO

1) It all depends on the URL standard you will choose.
With our premod (and mod rewrites), you will be able to keep the same URLs as with phpBB2 or change them a bit in order to use the new features.
I advise you to test the premod (when it will be gold to win time :p) and decide your self about your new URLs
If the new ones are different, please post your choice here before you convert and we'll tell you what rewriterule to add in order to HTTP 301 redirect all previous urls.

2) phpBB3 can deal with extra fields on profiles, but, I don't know if there is a simple solution to convert the old ones. It should not be that hard to make a script to do it, but still.

3) I would assume that phpBB3 would take care of phpBB2 attachments, but I did not test, the best here is to try on a local server to make sure about it before you go online.

4) Sub forums are not converted into sub forum but into regular ones. You'll have to manually set them as sub forum again after conversion.
