You mean that you want to force style preview in urls ?

This is not very hard to do : http://phpbb3.phpbb-seo.net/?style=2

As you can see, all links already have the style param.

Looks like what you want is a style demo mod, have you tried to search Google for this, I'm pretty sure that there is one in phpBB.com.
