After reading through install instructions I ended up with a headache   Is there someone who installs this mod for a fee?

Why not use the premod? It has all the phpBB-seo modifications installed and is no more difficult to install than phpBB itself (well, other than having to select choices from the ACP).
The tricky part is migrating your own modifications, though again that's not really different than migrating from 2.0.x to 3.0.x. |
