The index page (but not the forum page) still points to the post id rather than the actual thread, after installing the mod:

So it's working as expected on forum indexes, but the topic links list last posts are not handled properly.

Should not be much to fix, please check your no dupe implementation, there are not this much code change, you should easily find the forgotten bit.
