Which one do I need?

I have two new forums one has little traffic but has been around for 3yrs. It was down for 5 months and I started all new from scratch so it has URLS indexed from the old forum, but the new forum is in the root, where the old was in a dir called Forum.

Ether way both forums have been started from scratch (I have another that has never been online). So which would be better for these two new forums? Zero Dup, or No dup, or nether?

The zero dupe is always a good thing to implement, because there are a lot of duplicate sources in phpBB, including user posting links or topic being moderated (title update and / or topic moving).
The no dupe mod is just going one step further, since it will drop the post url in favour of the topic ones in topics and forums (including index).
It's costing a bit of resources on the index, since it adds an extra SQL JOIN, but it's not too much, and the mod is well optimized, here is an example a pretty big forum using it : http://forums.phpbb-fr.com/
As you can see, it will as well add topic title on the index, which is a good SEO enhancement, at least a lot better than the original image link to last post Wink

Can both of them be installed or just one or the other. If just one which would be the best of the two to use with the mixed mod seo? I have everything else installed except for one of these two.
