I agree with them, metas should not be too long.
Up to 20 keywords in keywords tag and not too much text in the meta desc is better.

i dont have keyword metatag but i remove some words form description metatag
now it has only 194 character

title sime times reach to 150 character and description metatag to 250 character. i cant control it

Well, you can, by limiting the output in the dynamic meta tag mod's code (page_header.php).

To do so you can shorten the extra keyword list and / or tweak a bit the code not to output cat titles for example in forum descriptions.

Next version will be better thought Wink

but don't worry, meta don't do much, so I doubt it would hurt this bad to have some descriptions above 200 characters, it's just that you don't want all of them to be above 2 or 300.
