Anyway, there is not any phone number on the link you posted.
And, I wonder how Yahoo could have found 245,588 indexed pages :

Of course there is a bit more page if you check phpbb-seo.com instead of www.phpbb-seo.com , but nothing close to even 10 000.
The number of backlinks returned by yahoo is though very similar in amount 
I wonder how they manage to grabb msn baclinks, the link command has been broken for month now : http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=link%3Awww.msn.com&FORM=MSNH
At least this make the tool interesting.
