The page cannot be found

Ok this is what I did.

I Have the ISAPI_REWRITE LITE installed

I Selected these options in the simple MOD

Activate URL rewriting: Yes
SID Removing: Yes
Highlights Removing: Yes

I Saved the custom .htaccess files and moved it from phpseo/cache to the root and replace the .htaccess file there.

I have IIS 6 / Server 2003 / phpbb 5.2.6
Do I need to do anything with httpd.ini or something?
