I do not see the background image

I have a problem with the forum, I do not see the background image. is version 0.4.6 and the newly installed.

What could I do?

Looks like you changed your url standard since you posted. Anyway, it must have been a template code change matter, in your overall_header.html, either left un-modded, or with cache not updated.
