I use adv_phpbb3_mod_rewriteV0-4-8 on my board. My board installed in root path. But i want to redirect all forum related pages in virtual folder called "forums".

How can i do this.

Would be a lot easier and a quite more logical too, to just install your forum in the forum/ dir in the first place.

From the outside, it would result in the same.

Why would you want to do this anyway ? Because occasions are few where moving phpBB to a sub directory is useful or required, and even fewer if you do not do it for real.

himm, i wanna make a hand-made portal for my website. And forum directories must be in /forum/

but i make other parts of site, based on phpbb anyway.

for example, blog pages must be in /blogs/ not in /forum/blog/

i think there is a way for make this with .htaccess for your script's part.

You can still have your blog located in a /blog/ sub directory while phpbb3 is in its own independent sub directory /forums/. All you would need to do is edit the includes to account for such a change.

So, as mentioned by DCZ, you are probably better off with a setup similar to the following:
./
./portal.php or index.php
./forums/
./blogs/
