I installed the mod following the instructions. My forums are located in a "/forums" folder in my URL so it reads myurl/forums/index.php. Once I installed the mod, and try to view a forum or post it takes me to a url that does not exits. It for whatever reason will not include the /forums folder in the link. So of course the link is broken.

EDIT: I have found that when I disable the Activate URL rewriting setting it works just fine. When I enable it it cuts off the /forums portion of the URL.

Then it must be a matter of properly setting up phpBB server settings : phpBB Server and Cookie settings
