Well, when I select the style I'd like to use, it firstly works good enough. But then when I click on a topic, then the style changes to full white.

You did not properly install the SEO mod, I see no <base href> in your page. Please read the instruction carefully and...well, double check all the changes...

All the changes are set properly, normally..But, I didn't find a way to change the files of the custom template I'm using for the forum, which in my case is BlackPearl.
How do I set everything correctly on a style that isn't included in the seo mod?

Well, although you are using a custom style, it should have the same mechanism and structure. Your forum looks like it is based on subsilver. And now you have changed to prosilver. Change it to subsilver instead and then follow the similar block of HTML to modify contents

Btw, if you are using the premod (and thus posted in the wrong place), you could be interested into reading this : Prosilver / subsilver2 code changes
