I want that viewtopic.php?p=xx goes to forum-name/topic-name.html#pxx
I know it is possible, but i dont know how??

The no duplicate does the translation for most links, the zero dupe redirect them all with post redirection set to at least "guest"

So, if I understand good i must install no duplicate because zero duplicates use postxx.html right?
There is any mod that never use postxx.html? and if I use viewtopic.php?p=xx#pxx redirect them to the same ur but with topic url?

yes the zero dupe does redirect post url with the post redirection option set to at least "guest" :

But it does not alter any links displayed on phpBB, so yes, with it you can see some post urls in the pages, but no they won't be taken as duplicates since they are redirected.
