A small problem

Postby D12Eminem989 » Sun Feb 28, 2010 3:28 am

I downloaded phpBB3, installed it and skipped the file edits for the seo mod. I had manually done the edits on another site and wanted to skip all of that this this new site.

So I dumped the pre-edited files over the phpBB3 files and installed the mod. Configured and turned it on. Now when I click on a forum it redirects me to a 404 not found when in fact the url is correct, however the seo mod isn't recognizing the forums I think.

Is there something I am doing wrong? I have the new .htaccess file written and uploaded. The forums are in a folder of its own.

Code: Select all
www.mysite.com/forums/

Hopefully someone can help me.

UPDATE: I fixed my problem, forgot to put the .htaccess in the root of the domain and at the top of the file.
