my forum showing : This board has no forums. ? HELP

Hi,

i successfully install the phpbb seo advance mod. but my forum is showing is message ( This board has no forums. )only when not login. . when i login i can see all my forum contents.

please help me out how can i fix this.

Change the forum permissions to atleast guest level.
