Something wrong with phpBB SEO after upgrading to 3.0.7-PL1

Hi,

Before this, everything was fine not until I upgraded my board from 3.0.6 to 3.0.7-PL1. After the upgrade, something goes wrong with the board, members cannot make new post and something wrong with the icons. Please check.

When I press post new topic for example,

My particular forum SEO will appear in front of it.
