Problem Ultimate SEO URL

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with installing Ultimate SEO URLs.
I uploaded all files correctly and I get this error: 500 Internal Server Error.
Not even appear seo options in control panel.
Certainly depends on the .htaccess file that I can not configure.
I hope you can help me.
