For attachments, and as explained in the USU release thread :

The rewriting will inject the first line of the eventual file description in the file url.

Add descriptions to your attachments and you'll have keywords in url.

I need to make the attachment url someting like this -http://website.com/resources/12/crimson-after-dusk.sis

because some mobile phone can't download the file making unsupported format.
