Topic Tag Mod
Precise Similar Topics II v1.1.3
NV advanced last topic titles

But it works not with SEO MOD.
Links look like:
mysite.com/topic2271.html

Is there any fix MOD?

But gives that also for Topic Tag Mod and Similar Topics? I find nothing .

Use phpBB SEO Related Topics V0.2.4 (replaces similar topics) and phpBB SEO No Duplicate V 0.6.6 (replaces topic tiles).

also, not to pick on your English, but it's hard to understand what you're saying. I would recommend writing a detailed description of your problems -- ideally with examples and screenshots. Then have a friend with a very good command of English help with editing your text to make sure it's easy for readers to comprehend.
