A few weeks ago I installed a phpBB SEO Ultimate SEO URL mod - Mode : Advanced - 0.7.0
I also use Recent topis mod

Here it is - works nicely:
http://forumbezpieczenstwa.pl/

BUT....

Google instead of indexing this kind of URL:
-http://forumbezpieczenstwa.pl/zgodnosc-odo/monitoring-wideo-miejscach-publicznych-obowiazki-informacyjny-rejestracyjny-t15.html

...indexes this kind of URL:
-http://forumbezpieczenstwa.pl/viewtopic.php?t=15&p=17

as a result - poor SEO and indexing results

It looks like you don't have "zero dupe" enabled. If set, it should return a 301 redirect to URLs like this:

http://forumbezpieczenstwa.pl/topic20.html

I tried the URL above on http://web-sniffer.net/ and it returned 200 OK. If zero dupe was enabled, it would return 301 redirect and this URL:

http://forumbezpieczenstwa.pl/zgodnosc- ... u-t20.html

Check your phpbb-seo ACP settings.

I had no Zero Dupes premodded so installed and enabled it. Works fine as you described (301).

Recent topics mod doesn't work all that well (Latest post icon next to the poster name on the far right) but maybe I'll fix it later on:
