You'll have to apply the Prosilver / subsilver2 code changes to custom styles.
I install and configure phpBB-SEO (and other mods) for a fair price and very fast. If you are interested simply send me a private message.

I downloaded the full SEO premod Package, and prosilver_subsilver2_code_changes.zip. So what do I do now?
