I have phpBB SEO 0.6.8 installed along with zero dupes 0.6.8. It is my understanding that when a topic is retitled, the new title will be used as the URL and the old will be redirected. But, I'm finding the opposite. The old title is still used as the URL. How can I change this behavior? I want the new title to be used as the dynamically generated URL.
