Is there anyone interesting code for me forum theme? I am already made some mockup version what only have to now code.

What I need

* My forum use phpBB-SEO preMod so that theme should be
compatible for it.
* I also want move post writer details right side to left side.
* RSS-Feed what show the newest topics or posts
* Sidebar where to add some adds.
* Dropdown-menu to navigation

Nothing special. So that could be easy project for him who have experience make phpbb3 forum themes+design:) My budget is 200-500 USD. I hope if I find here someone who want to take this project process is absolutely reliable and easily contact.
