Well, that's not a full crawl, but must not be very far in the end.

How many URLs does your Google sitemap account tels you, in any ?

With 7745 posts, you should be around 500-700 urls.

The good thing is Google is already taking your new URLs, and redirecting will help out a bit for the ones listed in the supplemental results.

The problem on your site is you redirect -www.500forum.it to -www.500forum.it/forum/ with a meta refresh, and bots really do not like these.
This, together with the fact that your forum does not seem very old, explains why your forum page isn't ranked yet.

So, you need to fix this, why not using a simple and efficient home page for example, and work on backlinks because Google does not consider any.

Then, with GYM sitemaps, you should end up being fully crawled pretty soon.

Well, registering your site in some directories is the first way to do it. You can as well try to exchange some links with other site.

The topic really is a wide one, the goal is simple, to have the most links from the best raked pages with the more related content.

It is, the only possible matter at first, is to see some links not being directly rewritten on the portals pages. Same as mods outputting links, some patch may apply.

I have installed ezportal on my forum.

While -www.500forum.it is my forum

How change it? (www.500forum.it portal.php )

-http://www.500forum.it/portal.php currently is a 404

Usually, for this kind of setup, it's simple and efficient to use the root level to display the portal page (like it seems to be the case on your site) and then use something like index.html for the forum itself (like it seems you did with forum.php).
