Yes i noticed today that my PR wen t form 2 to 3. But i was expecting 5... jejeje i had worked very hard on quality backlinks. I dont know what happens.

The PR is still mooving and updating in all data centers. I Hope it increase at least to 4.

Also other of mi sites went form 0 to 3. A very new site so im happy.

This is a google dance, and yes, it's pretty painful for some.

We are lucky if we just keep the same PR this time, or if we only loose one level IMHO.
Many site have gone through a significant drop in PageRank.

One of my domains recovered its pr from 0 to 3 just two days ago.

It must be the last google dance ending. I as well noticed late changes for backlinks recently.

The only thing I can recommend to those dropping on ranking is to check their own links. If they are getting links from bad neigborhoods, that means that Google has penalised you...Or it is just that your competitor is doing it better than you. Anyway carry on getting links to consolidate your position.
