Why this?

You mean, the {L_INDEX} template var showing up ?

It must be because of an unset language key, most likely 'INDEX' which should be set in language/en/common.php.

Anyway, it seems fixed now, since the title has no issue on your site, and Google already re cached you pages.

Please do not post to much code, it's handier to deal with zip file for entire files.

Anyway, the issuer seems to be fixed now, since your forum's index does use the INDEX language key as title
