www.siscenter.com did not installed the robots.txt

this forum has robots.txt file until yesterday

and www.kowsarr.com/forum did not disallowed the posts URLs

i checked it
it has this rule in his robots.txt file

Disallow: /post

Actually I did not check their robots.txt, but saw many vanilla URLs and many post URLs listed so, it may just be because it was not uploaded at first.

It's very important to upload it with the correct settings.
