Any advice would be great! I run a forum with probably 20-50 new topics a day, and have noticed only about 10 topics have been indexed by google in the last few weeks. Obviously over a long period of time, that's a lot of missed topics. I have 21,000 topics on my site but only ~8000 results within Google.

Installed this SEO mod a while back but have messed around with seeing what works best/what doesn't work, so a lot of search results aren't in the SEO mod (topic-name.html rather than post1187441.html) format.

Regardless, my site is 40kforums.com - any advice, or what info would be required to give some advice?

submit ur google map in google webmaster....

this problem doesn't deal with the phpBB package or codes. your pages' indexing is totally based on your google rank and status.
you should do some seo tips like as meisam said submitting your sitemap in google webmasters, link exchange and so on...

yes i think u must submit ur sitemap in google webmaster

Create backlinks, but still then if Google doesnt value your topic or page what so ever as valuable for the users then they won't index it.

Now is 3,740 result, i have the same problem I have 12,000 topics and google index 4,950. I submit sitemap before 2-3 days and after two days indexes + 100 topics. Today - 80 and i dont know what is the problem but in something definitely.
