sitemap and rss location?

You should submit the link that is displayed when you load the sitemapindex, eg with the .gz suffix if gunzip is activated and you keep the gunzip suffix.

Can somebody tell me what is wrong?

lines 37 & 38 are:
include($phpbb_root_path . 'extension.inc');
include($phpbb_root_path . 'common.'.$phpEx);

I've tried different settings for the root path without any luck. Right now it is this. Phpbb is installed in www.n-n-a.com/society/ :
$phpbb_root_path = './society/';

Well apart from the fact that you are talking about the phpBB2 version of the mod, everything seems to work fine : http://www.n-n-a.com/society/sitemaps.xml
is your sitemapindex, the only url to submit to google, and :
http://www.n-n-a.com/society/indonesian-culture-gf9.xml

is a working sitemap listed in the sitemapindex with valid urls to your forum threads.

yes. the problem is already solved. it had to do with the rewrites and the advanced mod wasn't installed either. the documentation isn't very clear if you ask me, but I'm happy it's running now.
