It creates three links to forums which don't exist personalien-25.html, personalien-50.html & personalien-75.html.

How can I get rid of them?

That's not the problem. There are a few links in the sitemap which link to a forum not existng. Look at the screen:


All links with a number a the end don't work. Why are they created?

Actually, the links provided in the sitemap are all correct, they are only paginated forum urls as shown in your forums : http://forum.stargazing.de/personalien.html

The problem here seems to come from your .htaccess, paginated forum urls do not work.

This makes me think about a bug with the .htaccess generator in the previous versions of the mod, please make sure you're running an up to date version, if not, update and then generate a new .htaccess, these should work directly.
