Are you sure you added the code after and not before the mentioned lines to find ?

What about if you additionally replace :
Code: Select all
$_f_sep = $phpbb_seo->seo_delim['forum'];

with :
Code: Select all
$_f_sep = $_phpbb_seo ? $phpbb_seo->seo_delim['forum'] : '';


In the same file ?

Installed Simple SEO
CYM 2.0 RC 3
And many other mods from phpbb.com
If turn off option show in index.php, no any errors and everithing works fine)
