Reason is :

Google does not like sitemaps with to few urls in them, so GYM sitemaps uses a threshold (configurable in acp) to generate them.

When your forums will have more topics, sitemaps will show up, they are pretty much useless to forum with less than two pages anyway so, work on content, you'll have sitemaps
