I was wondering if there is some option in the rss mod to let the rss links, link to the first post of the topic.

There is another site linking to my latest posts, and it is very confusing for people to begin at the and of a topic.

I now use the RSS wich is included in the 3.0.2 premod.

You can do two type of things.
First you can use the "news" param in url, either like this :
http://phpbb3.phpbb-seo.net/rss/news/rss.xml
http://phpbb3.phpbb-seo.net/rss/news/digest/rss.xml
eg gymrss.php?news & gymrss.php?news&digest without mod rewrite.
Same principle applies to all feeds.

Or set the rss module to display the first post in feeds, it's set to last by default because the news/ param is here for other cases, but it's up to you
