SEO links on other pages

hi,
i would like to learn how to parse seo links on my index page (not a phpbb page)

like the one here: http://phpbb3.phpbb-seo.net/demo/rss-links.php
without the template files, etc...

Outside of phpBB, any rss aggregator will do the trick on gym's feeds.

Many scripts comes with rss integration abilities, here is a standalone example if yours (the blog) don't :

ok, i've managed to install magpierss in my forum, but i only got this error:

Warning: MagpieRSS: Failed to fetch http://www.itspot.co.cc/forums/news-upd ... /forum.xml (HTTP Error: connection failed (1) in /home/www/itspot.co.cc/forums/magpie/rss_fetch.inc on line 238

Well, http://www.itspot.co.cc/forums/news-upd ... nts-f1.xml is not an rss feed, but a sitemap, so it's pretty understandable, use an RSS url instead ;)

i just found out that fsockopen was disabled by our server...
so thats why
