Looks like an .htaccess issue, if you are using the latest Ultimate SEO URL mod, generate a new one, otherwise, update it manually.

I did that already but it doesn't resolve my issue...

I added manually and it start working fine... why automatic generated htaccess contents not working? any solution?

So just re submit your sitemapindex, and google will stop complaining

You will see they both report:

• The schema(s) used for schema-validation had no errors
• No schema-validity problems were found in the target

It looks like you just need to give google some time to catch up and everything should be fine because the sitemap is perfect.

It does not seems to be the case anymore, must have been an .htaccess issue.

BTW, since you seems to be converting from a phpBB2 using url rewriting (advanced mod since there are -vt's), you may be interested into reading this thread : Converting From phpBB 2 with AMR to phpBB 3 with AMR
