Sitemap Indexing All Forums

I just installed this on my forum and the sitemap is only generating public forums. How could I configure this to index all topics and categories without making them all public?

There is an option in acp to allow bots to see all forum thay have access to (which can of course be different from the one guests can see).
Go acp => phpBB SEO => Google sitemaps => and set the authorisations options as you whish.
You'll only have to make sure that bots auth are consistent with what you want
