I don't know if VPS hosting is fast or slow because I don't know this hoster.

Be sure to have always complete backups of your database and the files of your board!

It should have phpMyAdmin somewhere. You may have to install a domain name and cPanel first....

VPS servers can be tricky!

why you move your phpbb to VPS ? Is it using phpbb seo mod would be bad for cpu usage and shared host cant do it something for you ?

i don't think u need vps for phpbb,i have all seo mods installed with lots of visitor (about alexa rank 21000) but i don't need vps yet

it was just because internet provider was bad

now, everything back to normal
since i change my internet provider

VPS is only good in a large scale business, a normal hosting plan is fine with phpbb3

i have a dream that my phpbb3 will have 1 million members, is it ok for shared hosting plan ?

I really don't think so. One million user would make your db too big for pretty much all shared hosts.

Fortunately, it should take some time to get this much user, so you should have time before needing to think about dedicated hosting.
