Is there anywhere a PHP / Sql script for test Sql queries and such things?
The idea is to test a server before uploading forum,site etc
One can test how fast queries done in Sqlserver and even better having some kind of traffic test too (downloading lots of small files to test browsing speed).

Well, the easiest may just be to set up a local server on your PC if you have one.
Xampp is just a cool software to easily set up a php / apache / mysql server on a local machine, there is even a portable version allowing you to carry it, can even work on an usb key.
