Lux Arcana is a multi-game MMO guild for players based in Europe. Our recent website upgrade included an integration between phpBB and Wordpress, and as well as using an SEO plugin for the Wordpress pages, we have also used most of the phpBB SEO mods/tools available. We still have some work left to do optimising the URLS of a number of custom modules we've written, but overall most portal and forum pages are now optimised fairly well.
