I installed phpBB SEO Premod and used Mixed mode and almost everything is great, but I have still problem with double URL using "post", for example I have:

myforum.com/my-first-topic-t11.html
and
myforum.com/post15.html - is the same that first one, so why redirect doesn't work?

I used Zero duplicate and No duplicate.
Where is the problem?
