News of Advanced SEO URL

now my url of topics are site.com/forum/topic-title-txx.html and I would like to be site.com/topic-title-txx.html
If I understand with virtual root, url of the index would be site.com/forum.html and not site.com/forum/ ?
I would like to keep site.com/forum/ for the url of the index, and site.com/forum/forum1.html for the url of the different forum.
is there a solution via the htacess, to keep monsite.com/forum/ and site.com/forum/forum1.html while redirecting monsite.com/forum/topic-title-txx.html to site.com/topic-title-txx.html ?

I changed simple seo url to advanced seo url. before my url were /forum/forum5/topic7800.html and now forum/title-topic-tXX.html
For this I have sql rewritting activated, virtual file off, then I configured the url of the forum and copy the new htaccess file that was generated (I said that I used more option because my htaccess file is in /forum/ and not www) and I reset and resynchronize the url. The only worry is that since no archive function of the acp does not work. I used no archive function of the acp to put some forum noindex, with the solution ...

The profile guestbooks don't work when using advanced mode. How can I fix this?
Whenever I hit the submit button under the quick reply it redirects me to /memberlist.php?mode=group

IE 8.0 but not FireFox, Chrome and Opera suddenly add the post-ID to the title (like "some topic : some forum - site2#12345"). Any idea why this happens and how I can resolve the problem?
