Unfortunately I installed phpBB 3.0.9 before I was aware of phpBB SEO 3.0.9

How can I upgrade from phpBB to phpBB SEO?
Where can I find the matching Dutch language files for phpBB SEO? (I did a quick peek and found phpBB SEO \language\en\common.php to be different from phpBB).

I have no idea what to do. I read the tutorial and after being fairly competent when dealing with things like this I have failed completely. What am I doing wrong?

I have the forum installed. justwicca.com/forum but I am sure no urls have been rewritten. I don't see it in the ACP and I don't see any of the mods.

I uploaded them all via filezilla. I have godaddy. I basically uploaded everything from the premod besides my htaccess and config file. I uploaded the root folder in/forum because my main site is a blog.
