News of phpBB mod Rewrite

The rewrite mod is great. However I do have one small problem. The headings of each topic ( The ones within the topic ) used to be anchors to the top of the page. Now when the topic heading is clicked it takes you out to the board index. I notice this doesn't happen when the topics are clicked here on this board. How can I change this?

I have just installed phpBB SEO on my existing phpBB and I am loving it.

There is one problem: pagination is not working properly.

When I try to reach PAGE 2, PAGE 3, PAGE 4, etc on a topic, there is this error message:

I am using advanced mode.

If I have a set of topic ids, what's the best way for me to turn that into a list of URLs for those topics?

Is there a method I can use somewhere?
