I have successfully installed Premod.

Then checked the site after enabling the "URL Rewriting" the site styles have gone only text displayed with links. I changed the default theme to subsilver2 and the site worked. But the links are added with extra www.

example: http://www.www.example.com

All the links have changed so.

I checked the .htaccess and here is the code:

I recently upgraded the installation from 3.0.7-PL1 to 3.0.9, with Advanced URL redirection. I've had no other problems at all. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Update: I only get this message when moving topics to a private forum.

Hello, I'm having problems with htaccess. I got 404 error with all the combination. The problem I think is that the domain is an adicional domain and the forum is visible in:

public_html/mydomain.com.ar/foro/ = http://www.mydomain.com.ar/foro/

i tried this code to check the mod_rewrite is working (only this code)
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^alice.html$ bob.html

this works in public_html folder but doesn't work on public_html/mydomain.com.ar/foro/ (all the files in this folder .htaccess, bob.html, alice.html)

I haven't updated my forum software in a long time and I'm wondering what would be the easiest way to update. If I try to use the automatic updater, would I need to upgrade to 3.0.8 first and then 3.0.9?

This is a fairly heavily modified board (about 15 active MODs plus cosmetic changes), so would I be better off just removing the MODs, installing a clean premod 3.0.9 and then reinstalling my mods and cosmetic changes?
