News of Search Engine Otpimisations

I can't find any webmaster tool there in yahoo, there is only option in yahoo that submit your site to bing.com.
I registerd there but my GYM sitemap is in pending stats for last 7+ days !!!

Please give me some info about it friends, or any help. :roll:

I have been working on one of the seo projects related online health insurance. I am doing all the activities like article submission, directory submission, social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting, but not getting the desired result as the keywords keep on jumping and some are still on the same position showing no improvements. Kindly suggest some different activities other than these one which will prove to be more effective and result oriented.

Yesterday I had a discussion with one of my SEO friend about the SEO tools. I told him that I check the keyword position manually and he told that he is using the tool seoserpcom. And according to him it gives the relevant result. So Even I thought of checking that tool but found that all the results were different from the manual search result and I found the one of my keyword which was on the position 5th while that tool shows its position 12 in Google.

Client has given some keywords but all the keywords are not targeting the main page but some of them are coming in search with inner pages of website. So to target all the keywords for home page do I have to start the SEO from the first step?
