I have a new forum so no problems making all the changes now...

I would like to use something ales then the -t## end of each topic url

I know it is needed however I still like to know how to remove it

my forum is private for testing and no duplicate url will be created in the posts

if this is not possible at all....

is there a way to change the -t to something ales ?

and what about the numbers, can it start from 1000 ?
or maybe be random ?
or maby by ...

I've installed the Ultimate SEO MOD and it works great!! :) :)

I just wanted to know how I can rewrite URLs on any phpBB page? What I mean is, when viewing from index.php or viewtopic.php and other script files, all URLs are rewritten, but not when viewing pages like memberlist.php.

So on index.php you can see /member/nickname but, in my example, in my added rules.php page, I see memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=xx.

I want to stop user to change the main topic title. In vbulletin user can not chage topic title while editing.
In phpBB user can, but I want to stop it because the url re-write is enable with advanced mode so if user change their topic title the url will change too, which will create problem :(

Any one can help??? please.
