hello again

i want to know how can i improve my page rank

1-i know that i must have good content
2-i must have standard page - clean and SEOed page
3-i must have lot of backlink

i do two first job but i don't know how can i collect lot of backlink
can i use automatic submission softwares
are they effective ?

some softwares like dynamic submission, submitwolf and many other programs

these sort of programs are expensive
is it good to buy these softwares ?

A few weeks ago (before I stumbled upon this site) I installed the able2know seo url rewrite rules in .htaccess, but I neglected to do anything about my google sitemap at the time. I think this may have caused me a problem, since the urls in the sitemap xml were still showing as vewtopic.php etc.. Within days of doing this the google site command showed all of these php urls had gone supplemental, but the new static urls were never indexed. I've removed the able2know mod since and installed the mixed mod rewrite (thanks for providing this) as well as ...

Here is Yahoo bot crawling forums that are supposed to be blocked by guests...

I hope those URL's are not actually getting crawled?

In my robots.txt I do have the following:

Disallow: /phpbb/login.php?
Disallow: /login.php?

I've been running into links on Yahoo search pages, for example, that are showing my forums index.php with SIDs on it. I will even recognize some of the content that was cached from not to long ago.. that is how I know it is not an old link. Is this normal to still show SIDs in index.php? or does it mean something could be wrong in my functions.php? ( cyberalien MOD )

Not sure if this was asked somewhere else and maybe it has been coverd before, but I had a quick question about sites that link back. is linking to any old page, in my case, spesificly mxbb pages, on my site serve just as good backlinks? well I probably just answerd my own question already, but I figured this post could be of some use for future references.
