Ads as posts

How can I put an ad that looks like a post after the last post on every thread? Like an AdBot. I've done something like this with phpBB2 by modifying a little the viewtopic.ph file, but I didn't find anything for phpBB3.

If you don't understand what i mean I can give you an example, but I don't know if I can put the URL here.
